How we handle the details you send us.
Ayansh Holidays collects only what is needed to quote for and run your trip.
What we collect
Your name, phone number, email address, travel dates, group size, and the identity document details required by Bhutan's Department of Immigration to issue your entry permit — passport or Voter ID number, and for children a birth certificate or school ID.
Why we collect it
To prepare your quotation and itinerary, to book hotels and vehicles in your name, and to file your entry permit and route permit with the Bhutanese authorities. Permit filing is a legal requirement; we cannot arrange your trip without those details.
Who we share it with
Only those who need it to deliver your trip: the Department of Immigration of Bhutan, the hotels booked in your name, and your driver and guide. We do not sell your details, and we do not pass them to advertisers.
How long we keep it
Enquiry details are kept while we are in conversation and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you return. Booking and permit records are retained as long as required for tax and regulatory purposes.
Your rights

This website
The site uses no advertising trackers. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts and the smooth-scrolling script from a public code host; both receive your IP address as a normal part of serving those files.
